I personally prefer Flows. Better sound quality to me.

nah - I'd go with MAC - I've installed MAC kits on a both 5.0 and 4.6 which produce very strong sound. Here's a pic of the H and pro-dumps I installed on my dads 86H.O. Dude it sounds killer on a V8 for sure.

Go with mac's if you are keeping the cats, they will give you a nice sound for a catted setup, flowmasters are way too quiet with cats. But if you are going catless then it's flowmaster all the way.

flow's never sound bad, IMO, but warlocks sound the best of all exhausts i've heard on v6's.

i bought some v6 mac headers and was extremely disappointed with the quality... exhaust leak at the collectors, the welds looked like a high school auto class tried their first welding, and the primaries were flange-less and didn't even line up (prob 2-3 mm off) and i considered myself lucky not to have a leak at the heads but i credit my new header gasket with that. as far as sound, etc, i don't have much experience with mac, but i sure don't like their products.

My long tubes went on fine, didn't leak, didn't have any issues.

I would go with MAC's. I have installed 3 of their kits. Great fit, easy to install, sound deep and clean. I have Flows on my 65. They sound loud as hell, but just not a good tone for later cars.
