Fox hatchback window trim retaining clips.

Does anybody know where to get these besides latemodel resto and the ford dealership. They are $2 a piece everywhere i can find them, and probably cost a fraction of a penny to make. Also, does anyone know of the special tool to pop these out. These are the clips that hold the metal trim on the outside of a hatchback on a foxbody. Thanks!

Autozone sells them in four or five a pack for a couple of bucks. Local and don't need to pay shipping.
