Im starting to get some free reving when i go 40% throttle or more in 5th and 4th gear. What needs to be replaced?

explain. like your clutch is slipping?
ok, re-read it a few times, sounds like a slipping clutch.. the reason it's more in 4th and 5th is because there is more load on the motor at that speed.
time to sell!

Yep, time for a clutch... The good thing is a stout clutch won't be too stiff since you have the hydraulic clutch.
Depends... How much power? 400+ I'd say upgrade
i found this one which says it supports up to 510 torque

I'd say you should probably call up max v or sponsor of choice... Once the trans is out it's not hard but the trans is pretty damn heavy. I'd go with a good high end clutch, the one above the dual friction centerforce or a stage 3+ spec or something along those lines should do the trick for you
I'd sAy you need something a little more stout, the rating will be max at the flywheel... I'd go at least stage 2+ or more... Also the ratings will go down with vehicle weight
Zoom, Ram, Fidanza, et al all have good options. Ray, you will NEED something better than stock.
Steel flywheels offer more forgiving shifting and harder launches out of the hole. Aluminum flywheels deliver quicker revving, but can be more "lurchy" under casual shifting.

+1 for lethal performance. Get yourself a Mcleod RST. Best clutch, good for 700whp and the pedal feel is almost identical to stock. I love my Mcleod clutch, got it from lethal with free shipping a while back
sold.
weird thing is the problem went away today. it graps in all gears now even 5th. is that normal?

The more humidity the more it will grab but once it starts slipping it will only get worse after time. One thing I would do is get a upgraded Clutch & pressure plate from Fidanza or Ram but not use the Pilot or Throw out bearings from them. Use the Ford racing HD Throw out bearing and get a new stock pilot bearing. Every time I've put in a performance Clutch kit the throw out bearings never last over a year. But the ford racing one lasts over 10.
