Up for sale is my 94 GT project car. i built it w/ the intent of keeping it a street car, and it features complete interior w/ working, brand-new A/C. it's got plenty of track-potential: fastest time out of the 5 times we ran it was a 14.1@75mph (obviously capable of more) and the highest trap speed was a 104mph -- you do the math. i'd hardly beat on the car as it wound up being my daily driver for a while--now it's time to move on. My brother-in-law and I built this car, and Pete (TheSpecialist) worked on it, too (replaced o2 sensors, tps, iac, installed new head gaskets & ARP head bolts, fixed A/C).

i have way more invested (including price of the car) but i'm asking $8,000 OBO - no low-ballers, no part-out. asking $7k OBO w/out Tremec 3550--i'll put in a t5.

the car runs and idles very well, no Check Engine light, new sensors (o2's, IAC, TPS), COLD A/C (new lines, new compressor, new low-pressure switch--all professionally installed w/ receipts to prove it), new power steering hose. i never miss an oil change and i've changed the differential and tranny fluid, put new seals in it (rear main engine seal, front and rear tranny seals). you can tell from the vid posted below that the car runs well!

here's an older engine bay pic. i've touched up a lot more things since then -- painted coil mounting bracket, among other things. i almost don't want to post the pic since it's so dirty and an old photo, but this'll give you a general idea:



going to get teh bay cleaned up this weekend, maybe, if i can get to my brother-in-law's shop to use his air tools -- not a big fan of spraying watter into the engine bay area. hell, i'll take a pic tonight when i get home.

very dirty, i know. i haven't really driven the car w/in the last 3 months (except on thursday nights and saturdays/sundays), but i didn't skimp out on the "blacked out" theme. i painted everything w/ high-temp flat-black paint -- hell, only things i didn't paint are the master cylinder, distributor & coil, overflow tank (which i plan on), and the new a/c lines. looks really good when it's clean, but hasn't gotten enough attention w/in the past few months.

there were about 160k original miles when i still had the stock engine and tranny plus stock paint/body, but now:
- about 78k on the engine (had 70k when i swapped it in out of an 01 Explorer)
- about 8k on Tremec 3550 since i've had it
- about 15k w/ the paint on, and only about 2k w/ the new body additions

very reliable (even before i built it up) -- new cooling system (details on first page), new a/c, new tint, mp3 cd player -- whole bunch of stuff that make this a great, all-around street car. i daily drove it for a good while before the newest body additions, both w/ the stock drivetrain and the new one. only time i was stuck was when the harmonic balancer went out (has a new one, obviously) and when the clutch cable snapped (new one, too, obviously).

yeah, on the actual car itself, originally about 168k. sounds like a lot, but do consider that i've restored a lot of it (mechanically and aesthetically). if i could afford 4 cars, i'd keep it and finish it (suspension + power adder).
