I think that hood setup is HOT, think it would look good on a bullitt of painted correctly because I have seen some that look like A$$ on bullitts.

I would think so. Just have to make a custom bracket for the shaker.

I don't think it should be a problem putting it on a 99-01 cobra. Our intakes are the same. I don't know if the front timing cover has the mounting points for the shaker bracket though.
