FWIW, you can still get these through the dealer if you're willing to pay for it full price, brand new...assuming you want it bad enough, and you can't find one used for sale..
..and also here: 99-01 FRONT BUMPER COVER, COBRA MUSTANG They are local to Texas, so you could even drive to pick it up to cut back on shipping costs.

You can even get "smoked" foglights...or amber ones. (sorry for the hi-jack)

Nah. I'm actually not going to be using the foglights. Bullitts came factory with no fogs, so I'm leaving it that way.
