I'm moving to Corpus Christi here pretty soon for school, and I am wanting to get long tube headers for my car... I've read that they don't do emissions testing, but do look under the car. Could I get away with having no EGR and long tube headers down there?

They're pretty lax here when it comes to inspection.. Most guys just check the signals, take it for a drive and fill out the paperwork..
Just got done here for school as well, any car meets go on down here?
I also need an inspection. Took my car in but they told me I had to have power steering back on it?? Anyone know where I can take it and pass?? I plan on putting the power steering back on later
