got a rattle from the ps brake?

So I bought a 96 gt that the person did a cobra front brake conversion and the passenger side has a rattle coming from the caliper when you hit the brakes the noise goes away, I took the tire off and took a look but nothing is loose I did notice it has a pin and a slide key only holding the caliper to the rottor. Anyone ever have this problem?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

They should also have a little "rattle clip" that goes on the side of the pads, too ...
