Had a bad day.... need some help!!

Ooook so i took in my car to the dealership because 3rd was grinding ( my syncro) so the service writer had put that they were gonna do a rebuild kit on the tranny( btw ive got aftermarket warranty) so they put it in for the warranty people and the warranty peeps denied my claim because of my short throw shifter and after market pressure plate so now im wondering if i should jus go to the dealership since i bought the car w. that aftermarket warranty or jus spend the money and do the rebuild kit!! btw its funny because i blew my engine about 15k after i bought the car and they warranted a new engine!! and now they deny this because of a shiter and pressure plate.... gimme ur thoughts and ideas peeps cuz i wanna get who evers effing me over!! thanks

the best idea, which its too late for is to put in a stock shifter. how do they know it has an aftermarket pressure plate?

you can get a low milage TR3650 for pretty cheap. how much are they trying to charge you?
