header gaskets

Anyone know who makes a copper header gasket for a 4.6 or 5.4. Part #'s would be helpful, too. Thanks in advance.

They used a set of stock gaskets and one has already blown. The headers has to be custom bent so getting them off and on are a bitch. The customer wants copper so, he won't have to worry about it.
