Heading to the track this Friday

Getting some more seat time and a few more shakedown passes in the bucket. I hope Temple is prepped well.

Depending on the power level you are running, it is generally smart to give the engine and clutch an hour or so to cool between passes anyway.

Those that want to make lots of passes but only get in three are usually going to Midnight Madness at SAR. On test and tune nights in both San Antonio and Temple I have been limited only by the number of passes I wanted to make.

If you want to hot lap your street car you can do it at either place.

modded, but just not a complete bolt-on GT. 13.633@98.67 with a 1.985 60'(not totally hooking launching at 5k). Normally wait at least 15mins inbetween runs.

Good to know. If i went to SAR it probly would have been the midnight madness

The last time I went to SAR was on a Wednesday night and there were not many cars there at all... Midnight Madness is always packed but it is fun. Just do not expect to get a lot of runs in.

You going to be ready for the Mustang/Camaro shoot-out on 11/18 at SAR?
