Question HELP installing hood scoop

what would be the best way at going at this??

its a regular gt scoop that i got recently and wanna add it on.

i know its just a drilling and bolting but is there any certain tools i should use?
should i take it to a body shop??

anybody dont it before or can help?

also can anybody give me some measurements of the scoops on your car? like from where its at on the hood from the top of hood and from the sides??
