HELP! Need an inspection sticker!!!

Well today i got my second inspection ticket so i really really really need to find a place that will not look under my car. It will pass inspection find except for the fact that i have no cats, however its a 99 so there is no smog test all the techs do is look under the car to see if you have cats

The problem is i cant get anyone to pass me down here in galveston...does anyone know anyone in the houston area that works somewhere that will pass me for 50$ or something....?

You should find a place on bad side of town a little shop most here dont check everything just insurance.
