Help with a mini bike

I don't know if this is where this should go...

I'm trying to repair a minibike for one of my employees son. It's gonna be his Christmas present. Anyhow it's leaking fuel/oil through the crankcase. I think that's what it's called. I know absolutely nothing about these things... I went and bought some high temp silicon to make new gaskets with, but now I can't get the rest of the engine apart. Here's some pics of what I'm looking at. If some one can help I'd really 'preciate it!

Here you can see where the oil is leaking from

Here I've taken off some of the pull cord covers and cleaned it off with some break cleaner... I can't get it apart the rest of the way to get the new silcon in there... Please help!!!
