Question Here is a fun one...

Has anyone heard/seen of a T56 behind a 2.3... now after you picked yourself off the floor from laughing so hard, I'm putting a 2.3 SVO w/ BIG turbo (built motor 400+ hp) motor in my st-Ranger , I'm going to have to fab a turbo header and some other misc. stuff but thats no biggie. I'd like to run a taller gear (4.30) and drive it on the highway. SO if anyone has seen anything like this let me know if not I'll just use a TKO or something else.

Bryan

ps. No I have not lost my mind...

Never seen it. There are companies out there that make adapter plates and conversions for some weird tranny swaps. Try searching the net and see what you come up with.

Never heard of it, but cool idea. Search for Advance Adapters, they should be able to help you out.

Cool find. Currently I'm looking at an 86 SVO project with a built tall block and a Tremec 5spd behind it. Decisions decisions.....

So I can beat V-8's with it... and fuel consumption is a small factor too.
