I hooked up the horn today and it just keeps going off , and when I pull on the disc on the steering wheel it stops , but as soon as I let go it goes off again , seems like there should be something to keep it from doing this ,, please help....

What year is the car?
You can probably get it in a horn kit for an aftermarket steering wheel, not sure if itt will be available seperately or not

kinda goin' on what don is saying, get an aftermarket wheel and do it that way.. that means ditching the airbag if it's a 93 but it KINDA sounds like you've already done so from reading your first post
