Anybody got dyno results from just intake, catback and tune on their s197? Just looking to get an idea of what kind of gains to expect if I chose to go that route.. What about cams, anybody running mild cams in here, if so, post a clip of that...

around 285-290 rwhp from cat back cold air and proper tune as high as 310 ish if you have under drive pulleys and cmrc delete plates as well as a off road x pipe.

what are the cmrc delete plates?

they remove the intake manifold runner controll valves between the head and manifold.

My 07 made 316/327 with long tubes, cai, udp, o/r prochamber, catback, delete plates, and 3.90 gears with a 93 race tune from bamachips. It's going back on the dyno with a different tune, and a 100 shot on 2-6-10, I'll post the sheet and maybe even a video

Love it! What kind of hp gain did you see with the cams? I'm doing cams next after a tb, I think I'm going to go with a custom grind though not an off the shelf, although if I did I would get the hot rod cams...
/\/\hard to say...i did pulleys, deletes and cams all at the same time. it dyno'd 285/295 before those mods (with shorty headers) and 320/320 after. so basically it picked up 35 and 25 with cams, deletes, and pulleys. it ran a 12.92 at 108 like that.
since then i've added hooker long tubes and 4.56 gears and it's done a 12.67 @ 110.5 (and an email tune from brookspeed) with crappy 60' times. got a new set of track wheels to try on with et streets hoping to see 12.40's

Wow, those are some good numbers for you guys... I ran a JLT w/ 93 tune for about a year but never got it dyno'd.
