Houses for rent?

Anyone know of any houses in decent parts of town not too far from Lackland? I gave my complex my notice that I'm moving out when my lease is up July 31st, today.

Reviews for apartments around the area aren't that great, and I'd love a house if I can afford one in a decent area.

I've been looking at all the rental and aparment websites for a while, but haven't really found anything.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

the military has a really good list. I rented one before i purchased about a 1 1/2 ago. Ill ask my dad where to get it if you dont know where it is. LMK

I think you could get a realtor to help search for one too, not sure but we had some friends who searched and found a house to rent in Converse and I swear they said they went through a realtor (???).

We have had tons of duplexes being built on this side of town, we stayed in one until we bought our house, that might be a good idea, if there are any around there. Most of them are new (aka Clean) and have garages and yards.

GL with the search - keep an eye out for a house with a pool, so we can have pool parties there. j/k

I know its kind of far for you Dave, but there are TONS of houses in our neighborhood that are for rent. It'd probably be too far for you though. Just thought I'd let you know though!!

We rented out our house in Cibolo for 900/month. Sorry though, we have a tenant for a year already.

Tons of homes for rent in my hood, The Great Northwest, two on our street with two car garages. Not the best hood, but not the worst either. I think you could find something that fits in your budget easily over here. Near 1604 and Culebra. Mapquest Culebra and Cliffbrier, you could probably drive around in the hood up and down the streets and get alot of numbers.

I drove by a complex on Culebra, outside 1604 today and it looked really nice. Garages too! I'll have to swing by and look around in your area, Amanda. Thanks for the tip.

Within a 10 mile radius or so of Lackland. Preferrably farther away from 410.....away the farther from 410, the better.

Hey check my neighborhood it's very quiet and houses for rent all over......and right behind ingram mall......and rent is not bad at all.....
