houston meets?

hey, are there any weekly or monthly meets in the houston area? If not, anybody know of any good places to have something like that? also, how many people would show up?

We dont' have many memebers on this board that are from Houston.. but hey perhaps we can gather a few people and hold some weekly or biweekly meets .....

that'd be awesome......

alright, well whoever is from houston......throw some ideas, lets try and get something going, I was lookin forward to going to the meets in Lewisville every week, but I ended up not moving, lol. Tell people on the other sites and stuff, they don't have to be mustangs, lol, although that would be better.

you guys oughtta throw together a few more members and give it a shot. the first CS meet was only like 4 or 5 stangs... and now we get like 20 or so. give it a shot:jeff:

that's a good point, we need some houston meets, there weren't many college station people on here when i lived there or maybe there was :Oops:

It looks like there may be a few of us in NW Houston.... There's a cruise-in at Firestone on Hwy-6 just south of 290 every Sat night. We could pick a date to eat an early dinner and go to the cruise-in. Any interest?

alright .... a couple Houstonians .... sweet! I'm still fairly new to the area (or at least it still feels that way) .. I still dont' know my way around, but i'd be happy to try and find any place you guys decide on.

There's a HUGE representation from Houston over on fordpower.net. They usually have meetings once a month or maybe more a month.

dont' forget WestSideMustangs.com ..... they are pretty big themselves, but I would venture to say we could probably meet up with the guys from fordpower.... and hang out at some of there meets .....

alright.....so maybe we could get a bunch of people from here and other sites to meet somewhere for that early dinner, maybe hooters? then cruise down 1960 in a group to firestone? If this seems like it'll work....I'm gonna go ahead and get saturday night off (either 11-1 or 11-8).

I am probably goin to a big Temple meet on december 19th (last event of the year). If anybody wants to cruise to it w/ me say somethin. there should be a lot of mustangs there, but lets get some more!
