How can I get water spots off my car?

I left them on for a week or so during all the rain we have had. I tried using a clay bar that I recieved with my Zaino kit, but no luck. They are still there. Anyone have any advise? :mitch:

find a day where you can wash, wax, and detail it all day (weather-pending).
1. wash it with dishwashing soap (it will strip down the current wax)
2. clay bar it.
3 follow it up with a second wash. water spots should be gone.
4. dry it well (in the shade. preferably garage).
5. wax it.
6. detail it.
7. get out the digi camera and take pics.
8. Post 'em.
9. submit your car for LSS Featured Stang.

Vinegar is supposed to work, the mild acid will dissolve the mineral deposits that can cause "spots". It would be etching from acid rain or bird poop as well, then you are SOL for easy remedies.

If it was properly claybarred to begin with (I assume it was) then washing it and drying it off should take care of em. If not, throw a coat or two of wax on and if THAT doesn't work... that sucks!
