How to get exhaust/DS safety loop to stop rattling?

What can I use to keep the rattling down, and keep my car from warming up by being in contact with the exhaust? i was thinking the header wraps... forget what they are technically called, but you wrap your header with them to insulate...

the safety loop bracket is <1/8" and rattles against the exhaust. i am thinking i should either drop the pipes a tad or wrap it in that cloth that doesn't burn and insulates from heat. i was just saying that if it rattles, it means they are touching... if they are touching the heat is being transferred and could warm the bolts, either loosening them or starting a carpet fire in my car.

You can lower your H-Pipe a little and it should be fine.
