how hard would it be for me to throw lets say a 04 hood scoop onto my 00 gt??

is it hard to install?

and who could be able to paint it and a decent price?

i think it's just four (?) 10mm nuts on the under side holding it on.

4 or 6 dont remember... Should only be like40 bucks to get it painted. Just drill out the holes and bolt it in. Just make sure its straight!!
