how many hours of sleep do you normally get?

lets be honest here. no one is going to think you are super man for lying about how much sleep you get. haha.

im just trying to get a feel for if I am getting enough sleep.

i will go ahead and start. i normally go to bed around 1A or 1:30A and wake up at 7:30A. so about 6-6.5 hours of sleep. it usually gets me thru the day just fine, but these past few days, ive been draggin. just completely exhausted.

how bout you guys?

12-15 hours a night on the weekends

oh, on a random note, wednesday i slept through PT, formation, and my 8 o clock class for a total of 13 straight hours of heaven.

I never get alot. School and drinking keep me up late. But you can get by on little sleep so who cares.

i should probably mention that i get a couple hours of sleep during class too.

Between working two jobs and going to college some, as well as other things that can't be mentioned, I usually sleep less than 6hrs on weekdays and maybe 8-10hrs on the weekends...

I usually need at least 8 hours unless I work midnights, then it's get off at 7am, go to sleep until 2pm, eat and back to bed until 7pm.

I like to get at least 7, but frequently drop to 6, less if the dating is going well

When I was an intern, 3-4 hours max a night for several months straight was not uncommon. Now I can skip sleep and know I can keep on working.

~ 12:00 midnight to 2:45am on the weekdays

every day that is not a tuesday or thursday, or i don't have some event planned in the morning, usually i get like 10-15 hours of sleep.

School days, and event days, we're talking like 2-4 hours

I try to get to bed by 9:30. I dont usually fall asleep untill 10:00. I have to be at the Gym by 0500 so that means that I have to get up at 0400 to get my food and Uniform ready to go.

So 6 hours average sometimes more sometimes less. I get a minumum of 8 hours on the weekends.
