How much is my truck worth....

I'm gonna sell my old truck but don't really know how much to ask.

What do you guys think I could get... its an '89 Sierra 4x4. Its got 295k on it, and right now its primered black. The only real problem is that the rear main seal is leaking and needs to be replaced. Its got a 5.7 liter (350) with an auto trans. It was my daily driver last year and I made several trips from Abilene to Corpus Christi and it did fine... I just had to add oil. It also pulled my dad's truck outta some mud down by the lake like butter. Its got 305/70 MTR's on stock wheels (about 70% tread left), and a 3'' body lift. A complete '98 Grille conversion with composite head lamps, and a black smoothie front bumper. 14 bolt Semi-Floating rear end (a 3/4 ton rear end goes for about 500 at salvage yards) and a new front differential. Toff spray in bedliner, and new toolbox that I had sprayed with toff to match. New exhaust dumped with high flow cat. New brakes, rotors, pads, shoes, master cylinder with about 10k on them. Rancho RS5000 shocks with about 10k on them. New tint last summer 35% sides, and I replaced the rear window w/ a new 1 piece window that I never went and got tinted cause I got my stang soon after. It has an Aiwa CD player and 2 new pioneer 4x6's. I had every part of the AC except the compressor replaced. Its a good lookin truck... but its not the nicest. The interior could use a some work... the seat isn't stock and is brown while the rest of the interior is grey. I had a dent pulled out of the driver side door over the summer and they messed up putting the door panel back on so you have to lock and unlock it from the outside. I haven't had time to fis it yet but it wouldn't take long. Since it needs some work I really don't know what I should ask for it... I don't wanna screw anyone over but then again I don't wanna get screwed either.

Here's a pic of it w/ the new grille

EDIT: it also has a new alternator and battery... all the parts I listed are less than a year old
