Hurst shifter

Just brought back a 302 and 4 speed transmission from my father-in-law's. He has had these in storage for his 1962 Fairlane but let me have them for my 1966 Fastback. The transmission came with a Hurst shifter but in looking at the Hurst web site, it looks like I am missing a mounting plate. Any one know where to get the plate and installation instrutions as neither of these appeared available from Hurst without buying the whole mounting kit for $160.

I take it it's the old competition plus shifter? If so there are about 4-5 different mounting plates for that old shifter. Your best bet is to make one if you wanna save a buck.

So does any one have a plate I can look at and copy? Or should I just figure it out by starting with a flat plate and looking where it seems holes and bolts go?
