Word to the wise if you live in San Antonio dont buy a house on the South West side of town. Tonight someone busted out my passanger window pulled out my dash and took my radio. My whole car is going to shit my tail light lens is busted and now my window and radio are gone not to mention we had a big trash can for kegs on the side of our house and they took that too they even went so far as to take our neighbors new fence thats some messed up shit

thats part of errr actually the ONLY reason i love living out here where i do, i CAN leave my doors unlocked at night and nothing would happen, but i'm paranoid so that doesn't happen anywys

Thanks for the kind words guys. We live close to Southpark Mall. I think were either going to move or sense we get rent cheap by living with my brother in law and its a huge brand new home we might just put up some surveillance camera's and a privacy fence. I know its all over San Anto you just have to barricade yourself in and hope you don't have to beat some ass.

I don't know, but I call anything around south park mall the southside.

Southwest is closer to lackland.

Luckily my car has not been hit. Except for a golf ball at the mother in laws house and it was an accident. It's always parked either in the street or in the driveway.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do. A privacy fence gets expensive. I just put ours up in November and just for a small portion cost close to a grand.

The worst I've had done in NB is someone jacked my radar detector and my 30GB ipod.. they tried to steal my subs cause they were turned sideways.. but they couldnt wedge them out..

I hate people that take crap, man I'm really sorry.. I have a little feeling of how you feel, but they went as far as messing up your window... Thats just low man. I'm sorry.

Its ok.... yeah I wont buy a house on the south-side originally my in laws wanted us to buy this house and my hubby was so pissed because I totally refused. I hate this side of town and would never buy here only north side or at least by Palo Alto is the only place on south-side I would even consider now hes thinking me because that would have been such a big mistake. Hey im sorry to hear that. I live on the southwest side right now, ant the neighborhood that i live on [KNOCK ON WOOD] is mostly old people and people with families. We know the majority of them. And as far as i can remember we do have certain neighbors that do look out for one another including us. Sorry to hear about that. Remember af you all hear barking from dogs or noises that are outside, don't ignore them. Did you all hear anything? We also had a problem with one of the stupid nieghbor on the next atreet over shooting off a gun in the middle of the nightc and the cops came fairl quick and told us that when they would get drunk, they would act stupid like that.......HOPE THING GO BETTER FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY....Get a gun if you don't have oune that way if you all have an unexpeted visit from some one like that you could stick the gun in thier assss[ with bullets and all]
