I will have my POS Duster sold by friday and will have about a grand to play with. I will also plenty of funding from my summer job. I just cant decide on a project to start. Im either going to buy a fox that needs work, PI swap on my '97, suspension work(lower it, SFC's, LCA's, CC plates, and shocks), or miscellaneous things like new headlights, HID's, TB & plenum, headers, gears, & sniper tuner. I just cant decide what to do. So tell me what you would do thats reasonable and not going to cost above 3 grand all together.

if u can find a fox that is not rusted to shit get that. the most fun iv ever had with a car was working on my old fox. it was just to rusted to do what i wanted to do with it.

If you do the PI swap, might as well get a set of nice cams to toss in the PI heads before you install them. I wouldn't mess with a throttle body. Kind of superfluous really...unless you have a blower or turbo. Maybe look into that new manifold that someone just came out with that replaces the plastic lower piece and the upper plenum.

Yea, I would throw a cushman motorsports cam in it. I would love to do the PI swap but that sounds like my most expensive option. I just dont know if I would be satisfied with the gain compared to cash spent.

I think the PI swap is what Im leaning toward. Im tired of all my friends rolling PI talking mess when they whoop me haha, but Im still undecided.

the pi swap is not THAT expensive dude. you can get used heads w/cams for 300 bucks dude you just gotta look. and a pi intakes are a dime a dozen.

You are right, but while It is out of the car I want to put a cams and headers on it which is around $900 with cushman and pypes LT's.
