how can he NOT be charged with evading police.. i mean, he problem was going so fast he never saw them! and if he did, by the time he slowed to a stop, he was already 10 miles away!

I guess if he has the cheese for a diablo and to post bail for those charges then he probably could care less how much he pays for insurance. They should've impounded his car and auctioned it off for like 30 bucks.
