i got the p72... i guess thats why mine seemed to be more expensive, i think i paid like 320$ something for it.

if its the same as mine... there will be those 4 buttons arranged in "up" "down" "left" "right" you know? and to the left of those buttons, at the very bottom, there should be a button that has a trashcan. while you are in the mode where you take pictures (note the dial at the back-top of the camera is on the picture of the camera) then press the trash can button. your's is a 3.2, so itll probably come up with the options of:
3.2M 2.8M (widescreen) 2.0M 1.2M VGA i take all my pictures on the lowest setting (VGA). they come out in ~ 640x480 resolution, which is perfect for internet posting. the only time i use 3.2 is when i am taking pictures of people's cars, for sigs.

New toys are always nice, congrats on the digcam.
 Dont even waste your time reading the book, just go thru it and start taking pics of the same things on different settings then compare them on your pc.

 im thinking i may have to run to walmart to go buy one... pics look good tim! btw- how much is the upgraded memory stick for your camera? & how many pics can you take now with the original memory (with the camera on the lowest setting)?
