Swimming in a sea of anxiety...

Same thing just happened to my little sister last week. Lady hit her and doesn't have any insurance. She tells my dad that he has insurance and his compay should pay for it. My dad plan on taking her punk ass to small claims court. The part that bugs me the worst is that the cop gives her a ticket for no insurance and lets her drive away! That POS should have been towed and inpounded until she shows proof of insurance and pays for the damage to my sister's car....... ![]()

Yeah my insurance covered it under the uninsured motorist which is good because it is a lower deductible. I was planning on calling and letting her know that she needs to give me my deductible. If she doesn't then I would take her to court. But I don't want her to say something like I was harassing her for calling her. Reason being, I leave next month to Korea and don't want the hassle of going to court. I should be getting the car fixed sometime this week though. It sux driving around in a banged up stang.
