Hey, i'm inheritedone from StangNet, I'm moving to SA in a few weeks and I wanted to see how the crowds were around here.

I'm in the Navy and will be at Lackland AFB. I've got a 1995 black on black GT vert, and i'm running a 12.9@108.8 mph. I'm still on the same ol' 302 but that's gonna change.

I've been living in Bavaria for the last 2 years, so the only guys with cars worth a damn are the German import fans.

So I ask:

What kind of cars do you guys have (just wondering)?
Where's a good place to get parts/work done on your car around SA?
What kind of beer do you drink?

It's a bar that some of us go to......A LOT!!! no hard stuff, but it has 211 kinds of beer. If you want to go some time post and we will try to go. It is on I 10 and something....

Please eexcuse JMG680. He is most of the way through a fifth of everclear. The Flying Saucer is at I-10 and Huebner. We go there quite a bit. Awesome beer selection, and cute waitresses in plaid skirts. :jeff:

You should definatly come out sometime.

I didnt know they stationed navy at lackland....

Does this mean my girlfrend (who is up getting trained in IL for boot camp) when she gets back has a chance at being here in SA??

she has a shot if she's a CT, MS, MA or something in that ballpark. I was lucky as hell to get this one.

I'll be in SA the entire month of January visiting old flames. I'll hafta meet you guys sometimes and check the Flying Saucer out to see if what you say is true

What is her job rating? I went to boot camp up there, fond memories...
