I need some assistance

I want to lower the level of fluid in my trans to 3.2L to see if it helps with the 1-2 grind I have. I don't have a place to do it and all the places I've stopped at want $30 to $40 to do it. I'd pay $15 or $20 to have it done if I can't find a place to do it myself. Maybe there might be somebody out there that could help me out, or recommend a place that will do it. I have the fluid and a hand pump.

I would like to get it done tomorrow if possible.

From the factory it comes with 3.8L which is 4 qts. It needs to be 3.2L or 3.5 qt.s

This is copied from stangnet in the tremec problems thread. It's a response to an e-mail that a guy sent about the fluid level.

I also received an email from Jon today and here's his email:

The reduction to 3.2L has proven to help with the symptoms you have
identified below.
