Aluminum intake I assume?

Do you have the fuel line quick disconnects?
All your basic tools?
Gaskets, RTV sealer, new injector o-rings is a wise choice., coolant, oil and filter, gasket scraper.

Lower Intake Manifold to Head 23-35 lb. ft. (31-34 N-m)
Actual specs call to go from the outside in, I prefer the inside out method and double check the torque again.

2 passes on the first initial, go 23 ft lbs then 35 ft lbs and double check the middle ones.

mark the distributor so you know where to stab it back to make things easier when it goes back on. keep some cash around to order pizza and grab some sodas

you will need a timing light, read what it is when you pull the intake and get it back there.

no, thats one of the first things you do i believe. at least the 5 times i have done intake swaps

pull off all vacuum lines from upper and connections to the tb and egr
remove upper
remove wires and distributor cap.
mark and then pull distributor
undo coolant lines from heater core side and the main coolant line as well as pcv
unhook fuel lines
etc etc
