Belkin(i think) makes one that is pretty decent, you can get it at bestbuy.
C&L Cold air, Functional Ram Air Hood, Hurst Short Throw, MAC Offroad Prochamber, Stainless Works Axle Back.
I have an old Sirius FM transmitter ... I think it has an AUX IN.
And the price is right ... FREE.

FM transmitters for ipods pretty much suck - there was an aftermarket kit I had found for my 2005 F-150 - I'll look to see if I can find it again..
How To hook up and iPod to your Mustang Mach 460 factory radio
check this out, and if you leave the stock amps and speakers in the car you should stick with a head unit from the company that makes the head units for ford. They basically "engineered" their stuff to be a complete package kit which is acoustically optimized for all of their components.

I wanted to keep my disc changer, and a factory look. I wish I had pics. FM transmitter suck. In my '05 I had an FM Modulator installed, and that is freakin' sweet. I had a Shaker 500 and this modulator has an in port, and out port, and a male headphone jack thingy. There are 2 preprogrammed stations to pick from, and thats on the box, pick one. The car's antanea goes from the outside to a cable that plugs directly into the back of the radio. Well, plug that into the modulator and the modulator into the radio, kinda slapping it inline I guess. So I preprogrammed said station to #1. Now, there is an on/off switch I put in the center console to click the modulator on or off, and the headphone jack was also in the center console. So if I wanted to use that station (theres never anything on it anyway) I click it off, and it works. If I want my Ipod on, I click it on, hit #1, and plug it into my iPod, ta-dah! Very good sound quality, but not as good as if you got an AUX in. I didnt get the AUX in b/c I heard they were causing havoc on the car's computer, so I did this and it was all good.
Side note, I plug in the cable to my blackberry, and turn on Pandora, it plays thru the speakers. One day I was jamming out, and I got a call, and it went thru the speakers and I could talk to them hands free on speakerphone, LMAO. That scared the poo out of me.
When I got my '11, I was gonna throw one of these in there, and when I opened the center console there was an AUX input already there, in the exact spot I wanted to put one, lol. Ford read my mind.
My set-up works for anything with an antanea.
