if he bought a cobra it would not have those mods yet and he would have to add another 2k in mods.


buying mods is alot different financing a car where each additional 1k in cost is about 25 dollars more per month in payment.

So yes, if he bought a stock 98 cobra, he would probably run a 14.5 at 98 and it would be a step in teh wrong direction from his full bolton GT which is capable of a low 13 at 105 as sits with someone who Can drive behind the wheels.


FYI all of MY friends with full bolton GTs ALL run 12s.... ALL of them. a 99+ with 260-275 at the wheels is 12 second capable on tire.


I also had a friend sith a vt stage 2 car making 301 at the wheels that couldnt run faster than a mid 13 on 315 nittos DRs. Driver makes all teh difference in teh world. That car was door to door with me from a roll in this dream I had one night.

shifter flowmasters and 3.73s....



not every day do you find LTs 4.30s and so on...

put some slicks to the car to see what it will really run...make sure you have 31 spline axles...we ran my buddies 03 gt and ran a best of 13.1 three times in a row...i handed the keys to him and he broke his axle on his first pass!!!
