Now that you have the simplest part to get, where are you getting all the hard stuff?

the hard stuff would probably be the piping and intercooler
the piping Iron horse motorsports are going to fab it all up. The intercooler should be easy to get

hmmm a powerstroke turbo?? dont think ive seen a build up on a 3.8 with one of those.
cant wait to see the results. tuning should be a bit tricky.

dam is building a turbo kit that easy. i always thought it was harder. dam im behind the turbo curveits a turbo that came off from a powerstroke, havent measured it yet but it could be a 57mm

well just bought it this past weekend
Got this a few weeks ago...
Intercooler/Aluminum piping/silicone hoses/hose clamps
a few more things to go

havent post up in a long time but this is what i all got...
42lb injectors
90mm MAF
255lph fuel pump(installed)
oil guage
gauge pod
Hot side piping
3" downpipe (should be getting it this week)
CxRacing BOV kit
Boost guage
3" V-band clamp
3" v-band flange male/female
2.5" to 2" coupler
CxRacing 38mm wastegate and boost controller
2.5" V-band clamp
2.5" v-band flange male/female
this is were we might put the turbo and relocating the battery on the other side (still deciding)
i wanted to install the 42# injectors and bbk AFPR but i was beat already from taking off the exhaust system and both headers

Old down pipe was cut off and everything looks good
3" V clamp/flange welded on
Merge is built and its ready to be welded
The turbo is mounted and the downpipe is started

Passenger side turbo header
So all the hot side is done. The downpipe is done for now. (later on im going to finish on buying the downpipe.)
all that is left are...
Install few o2 bungs
TIG weld the hot side and downpipe
Mount the wastegate.
Tap the oil pan.
Buy and install the oil lines and fittings
Finish the last half of the cold side and the BOV
Install the boost controller and vacuum lines.
Thats pretty much it

Turbo build looks clean and the custom turbo headers are nicely done. Are you going to have the hot side ceramic coated or are you going to use header wrap?

well as of yesterday she is tuned at 12psi and ready to hit up the track
it was street tuned, so no official HP/TQ numbers for now
How she looks as of today
looks mean. any exterior mods in the works>? I'd leave it as is and keep it in sleeper mode.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you will likely see around 300 - 320 at the wheels. I based that off stock horsepower ratings of about 200hp, with 12# boost making it nearly 400 (estimated 375 - 380) and a 17% loss of power through the drivetrain. Will be interesting to see the numbers...more interesting to see her run...MOST interesting to see her serve some "SHUT THE HELL UP" to a couple Chevy V8s
