it went klunk lol
well guys i have proven that 12psi on a stock bottom end can last approximately 6k miles when abused lol. the brian at thr fixed the belt slippage problem which turned out to be as easy as tightening the tension. unfortunately had to redyno tune it to correct the rich code it was throwing. made 3 passes and on the 4th run on the dyno it went klunk and brian knew something was up. total heart break but now its time to upgrade for the future. i should be getting a call from brian early in the morning with pricing for a forged piston, crank and rod. i gotta tell yea brian has been a good sport so far about my demanding nature but its my baby and my daily. i know i know shouldnt push your daily to the limit like i did but how can you not when it feels so good haha. ill keep you all updated on its progress.

lol yea thats something that brian was saying. i felt i was going to need to do it eventually but damn not so soon. oh well at least i know it will be reliable at 12psi of boost. according to brian he says if i really wanted to push the envelope in the future that i could take it up to 20psi and the forged bottom end would be able to handle it. i doubt that the p1sc will make it that high. the way i see it is i will probably be buried in that car. i know its only a 6 according to those big block v8 guys but i love her and she surprises everyone i know. and well lets admit it blown gets you the ladies lol. so eventually ill do more to her but for now with brians advice ill be doing some bottom end work. next stage will probably be the heads and a cam for street/strip

What were your dyno numbers? My forged shortblock cost me arround $1900, it'll probally be a little more for the 05+. And just an fyi, boost is just a measure of backpressure, backpressure really has nothing to do the power handling capability of the engine. Stock v6 blocks are yet to split from power, but the internals are crap.
