JL Audio 10w3 sub w/box $100

I've had it for about 2 months or so, bought it new from Audio Outlet here in San Marcos. It is a 10" sub with a single sub box. I'm looking for $100 for it. (Paid about $220 after tax).

It's a punch amp, nothing fancy, enough to push this speaker. I just need this stuff gone asap.
