For those that don't know I work at Sony Style at La Cantera and I have a position that we had filled bu the person didn't pass background testing...so its open again. Its part time, position requires standing all day every day, pay variable, and its not just greeting customers basically. You will also have a lot of delegated duties from me and the management staff, must be very organized, a multi tasker, large amount of energy and passion in what you do and so on...here is the exact info off the website...


Concierge (Part Time - Retail Sales) – 8064

Description

This position will be the first point of contact for the Sony Style customers and will set the tone for the store. This position will require excellent communication skills and will facilitate the needs of the customer.

Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The customer must be the number one priority at all times. As Concierge, you will be responsible for anticipating customer needs and developing a customer service relationship with each customer. This will include requesting the sales team members to assist the customer once the needs have been identified. Additionally, your responsibilities will include the promotion of store events and customer service program implementation.

Qualifications
Must possess a friendly, professional personality, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Must have at least one to two years of experience in a receptionist or concierge position.

i know they had openings at the domain store recently, i didnt see them online but ill try to ask to see if something changed...
