1st Annual Rod Run Charity Extravaganza - July 5, 2008
Texas World Speedway’s 40th Year – Celebrating with …

Car Show/Rod run - $10 entry - Raffle prizes, make your ride it’s prettiest and show it off, hang out, and have fun. Registration Begins at 4:00 p.m. Prizes include dinner for 2 to Caffe Capri, Raising Cains, etc

Burn Out Contest - $15.00 entry - 6:00 p.m. start (limited entries), includes entry to Car Show/Rod Run, 3 panel judging, prize $200 gift card to Discount Tire

Ride-Along on the Track - $20.00 for 2 laps with a TWS instructor - 5 - 7pm (limited # of rides)

Fireworks in the Evening - 9:00 p.m.

Bring a picnic, cooler, and chairs. Hang out, have fun, and celebrate with us. Help raise money for our hard working, dedicated firefighters.

Gates open to the public at 4:00pm.

Admission is free for spectators.

All profits to go to the South Brazos Valley Fire Department.

Fireworks donated by Texas World Speedway.

More info:

The car show will be unjudged and consequentially there will be no classes. Rather, each entrant will receive a raffle ticket for the chance to win one of our sponsor-donated prizes. The prizes are: (**will be updated as I get concrete yeses)

-Dinner for two at Raising Cain's

Burnout Contest entry $15 (includes car show entry)

We are currently working with Discount Tire to possibly sponsor a prize for the burnout contest.
