K-Member install questions

Id like to install a K member on my 98 GT, but I was wondering if you had to pull the motor to install it. Would jacking the motor up be enough to get it in place?

I did mine w/o pulling the motor. I used an engine support from above and also used a poll jack to help. Of course I did it in my shop and used a lift too. It took me about an hour and a half to do it and it fit fine, no modding needed.
What brand did you buy?

You can do it in the driveway, you just need an engine hoist and some tall jack stands, a spring compressor (if you have stock springs) tools, air compressor helps with air tool.

This is what my install looked like...
page 10/11 if it just takes you to the whole thread.
My block is done......... finally

i've done one in my garage.
Just jack the car up a good bit and put it on four jack stands.
loosen the motor mounts and then jack the motor up just a tad.
I then used some weights and wood to support the motor under the oil pan.
then i did the removal and install.
just don't knock the motor support. LOL
