PICTURE THIS Stan was unknowingly caught in an automated speed trap that tracked his speed on a radar gun and photographed his stang. A week later he received in the mail a photo of his car and a ticket for $100. Instead of paying, Stan sent the police a photograph of $100. Days later he got a letter from the police containing another picture............ handcuffs |
