Decided to jsut save up and buy a AOD Lentech and some 235/60/15 BF drag radials. my question now is, will teh rear end/stock 28 spline axles handle the 340 TQ/HP (about 275-300 at the pavement due to deleted smog pump). I think they should, but i jsut wanna check before i send something flying.

and AOD will not suck up 100hp...from 340 to 240?? I dont see that happening, the standard dyno for an 02 GT putting out 260 with an AODE is about 210 RWHP IM thinking i should be at the WORST 275 ish... also, the 275/50/15's are too wide, they are for an 8-8.5 inch tire, not the 15x7s i have.

Just got off the phone with Lentech NO WAY!!! total price would be about 3K im jsut converting to a WC 2.95 T-5 transmission and running street tires on the car with 4.10's The tranny should take it, no?
