I had it dynoed again at PSI and they were almost identical to the last time PSI dynoed it a month ago. Please check your rollers as Lethal's numbers wasted my frustrations of thinking something happened with my engine, my time, and $100 ($40 at Lethal, then $60 w/ A/F at PSI). hopefully this only happened on my car on Sat; Otherwise that's a lot of skewed numbers and spent money.

What kind of post is this? Are you trying to blame me for numbers on a dyno from one day to another? First off I personally stayed up till 4:00am in making sure everything was good to go for the dyno day. Second I personally GREASED the rollers. Im glad that dyno gave you the numbers you wanted. This is like saying well we hit 899.7 in Dannys Z06 well lets take it somewhere else to make higher numbers A dyno is nothing more than a tool. Thats it! Im no dyno racer and I know when my car is not running up to 100% and when it is at 100%. Im not about numbers Im about track times and performance. Blamming our dyno for your lower numbers one day and dynoing somewhere is BS. All dyno's are different and that is the way it is.

Sorry but our dyno is evil and always gives lower numbers that is why JM told you to go where you dynoed higher before. We have had people dyno higher on a mustang dyno than ours .Relax it is just a number there is nothing wrong with our dyno .

And I have personally LOST 35 RWHP from day to day. Also what makes you think the higher dyno is right and ours is wrong? This is a new stack not even 6 months old

If I were referring to just a few numbers off, like 10-15 HP and 10-15 TQ, I understand exactly where you are coming from. Please understand from my side. I am referring to the TQ numbers that were way off. HP was only 20 and 9 off, respectively. TQ was 40+ and 35+ off, repectively. My issue from the start was about the TQ numbers being outta whack - not in the ballpark.

on Sat:
run 1: 333/265
run 2: 342/272

Today:
run 1: 350/305
run 2: 350/308

Again, it's really about the torque numbers. If they had a little variation, sure - but this was way off. And, yes, I do understand that overall it's just numbers but it did raise concern since there was such a huge difference.

I cant tell you why all I can tell you is before every dyno day I grease and maintain the dyno personally! I can also easily make you have better numbers with changes to the stack. If you would have PMed me and I would have know you where that concerned I would have rolled it back up for you.

I had posted my concerns in this thread earlier in the week and was told:
-"don't worry about it"
-"get it re-dynoed at the previous shop"

those suggestions pretty much made it a "deal with it" situation

Man this was a dyno day. I did not know your were that concerned and hung up on dyno numbers. If your so conerned about your car check the oil leak on it. Because it left some on the floor on the dyno and I told one of my guys to tell you about it.

Oil leak - yeah, I knew about it. it was scheduled for this week and taken care of. thanks for the heads up though!

"Man this was a dyno day. I did not know your were that concerned and hung up on dyno numbers." - it was a dyno day - why wouldn't I be concerned about my dyno numbers?

For being a mod you are not being very biased. We helped out every person on dyno day. Checked timing and took the time to help out members. Even changed out a persons balancer for them. Nothing like getting kicked in the nuts by 1 person and at that a mod on here to a paying SPONSOR!

I was a paying customer, just like everyone else at the dyno day. I was not trying to start stuff up, just post my concerns. i am unclear on why you state I am "not being very biased" - I assume you mean because your a paying advertiser? This has nothing to do with being an advertiser or not.

Sure, I can close the thread, per your request. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hey guys...

It seems like the real point of this discussion was lost.

TrueBlueVenom was just voicing a concern that the dyno may have been inaccurate that day because of the 30-40 difference in tq he experienced. I do not believe it was in any way a dig on Lethal Performance, or the quality of work you guys do. Also, TrueBlueVenom has been ultra sensitive about anything dealing with his Cobra because he just went through a lot of B.S. from another shop where they refused to fix a lot of stuff they messed up. So, I'm sure that when he saw the low TQ numbers on his dyno run at Lethal, that raised some concern because he still isn't sure that all of the bugs have been worked out on the motor.

But... at the same time, I can understand that you guys at Lethal Performance would get defensive about the claims of the dyno being inaccurate. I understand that each dyno can be a little different even with regular maintenance and upkeep.

Now I hope we call all put these things aside and play nice.

-jeff
