License Plates

I am looking to buy some old license plates. Prefer out of state as I'm not sure on the legalities of purchasing old plates since Texas requests you return your old plates to the DPS.

Just shoot me a PM if you have any trying to finish decorating my bedroom.

my dad has a florida plate from when we use to live there
