Lock smith needed

Last night my uncle lost his keys to both his cars. He does not have any spare keys so now he is stuck with no keys. Just wanted to see if anyone one here knows or can refer him to a lock smith that could make him a pair of keys for a good price. Thanks

the cheapest way would be to pull one lock cylinder (preferably ignition but that's almost impossible... probably have to be front door) and take it to a lock smith.. cost me $30 last time i did it.
