sounds like a good idea, but 10 bucks is too steep for me. Maybe next time.
y'all have fun though.

yeah the first meets will always have the least amount of people. just get the word out and more people will start coming once they know its really going on. its crazy that a group of us in san antonio started our sat meets on the same day as you guys in houston. we a nice turn out for the first night, 11 stangs. We are thinking of doing a meet then cruise type of set up also. Good luck and keep getting the word out about lss!!!!!!

We had eight mustangs, and a dozen other cars come in and out of the event. We had a SRT-4, Trans-Am, and a Ford Ranger show up before Blake (Brickyard) got there and then right after he left we had two crotch rockets and a G35 Sedan.

Decent turn out but alot of guys were turned off by the money issue so we aren't charging anymore. Worst case scenario we have to charge a dollar a car just to pay the police officer, but for now its FREE!

I thought it was a Lexus, not a G35?

I like the cruise idea. What we should do Jeramey is start in Kemah, recruit, then cruise all the way down 2094 to I45, then take 45 to the Beltway and end up at the college. With all the Stangs together we may pick up some others along the way.

I personally think it will be pretty hard to draw people away from the kemah meet.
it would be a good idea to just keep claiming a large piece of parking lot in kemah and use a banner to draw people to the website. When we get enough people on the boards, then we can make a move elsewhere.

Alot of guys don't want to drive down to Kemah. In fact several of the guys who showed up last night refuse to go to Kemah. Alot of people just said they didn't know about it and had made plans to go eat or do other stuff. After some big promotion around San Jac I don't think we will have a shortage of people.
