Went ahead and booked for both nights after all. Damn, its expensive, we got the SAMs discount 89 a night.

I have a Sam's card....maybe I will call and change my reservation to get the better rate.

Meeting times to drive down will be up later this week. As far as meeting times for the events, we tend to play it by year because it takes a while to get that many people ready and out the door. Contact info for Jeff and I will be posted before we leave so that anyone looking to join up later can give us a call and see where we are. But in general, we will follow this schedule:

Friday: Meet and drive in late AM from SA
Beach for a bit
Dinner around 7 or 8
Bed
Sat: Beach around noonish
Cruise
Change for dinner
Dinner around 7ish
Funtrackers after
Bed
Sun: Leave after breakfast

I was able to call and change our reservation to get the Sam's price. Just have to show the card when we check in....high five!!

Jeff and I have decided that regardless of the weather this year, we are heading to CC for some fun!!

Please post a reply stating whether you are interested in a caravan from SA to go to CC. I will guage a leave time based on how many are planning on leaving together. Check in time at the hotel is at 3 pm...but there was some interest in hitting up the beach.

Please let me know if you want to go earlier, early afternoon, or on your own. Those are the only options. Thanks!

Leave time from SA to caravan will be posted on Friday.

It looks like I just might be gracing you all with my presence. The time is okay, but I'll have to try and scrounge up some cash. I will keep you all posted.

As far as the time goes, It may just be my input, but a little bit later would work best for me. Majority rules, however.

This is true. I am thinking we should meet at Biff's (because it is a familiar location for most of us going) around 11:45 am and leave around 12 noon. But we will have the final plans on Friday.
