Ladies and Gentlemen,

It’s that time of year again to get out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and get away for a weekend of stangs, fun, and sun! Mark your calendars for the Annual LoneStarStangs Stampede.

What: LSS Stampede
When: August 10th, 11th, and 12th
Where: Corpus Christi, TX

This is a three day event, starting with a cruise to Corpus on Friday. If you are interested in going, check with members in your area for meeting spots and cruise times, or if you would like to join another city’s cruise, post up, we can coordinate meeting spots for new members joining the fun!

Price: $109.00/night + taxes and fees

I would recommend making your reservations as soon as possible. It does not cost anything to reserve the room as long as you cancel within 48 hours if you are not going to be able to make it. To make the reservations you can log onto www.laquinta.com. You will need a credit card to secure the reservation, but the card will not be charged until you check in. Post up if you want a roommate.

We will have different activities going on throughout the weekend including a group cruise, beach day, and dinner/FunTrackers night, so plan your budget accordingly. An itinerary will be posted as the event gets closer.

We hope to see everyone old and new make it out! This is always a great time to unwind and get away for a weekend before school starts back up for the kiddies.

JEFF AND I WILL BE AT BIFF'S AT 12:45 PM. ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO DRIVE DOWN TO CC WITH US FROM SAN ANTONIO SHOULD BE THERE AT THAT TIME AS WELL. WE WILL BE LEAVING FROM BIFF'S NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM. BE THERE OR BE SQUARE.

haha i'd love to go but i dont think i need to drop a bunch of money on a trip when i'm trying to save to get a stang in the first place

and for those of you thinking about going, but don't want to spend too much... you can get 4 people per room, then you can divide that 100 bucks per night between the 4 of you. makes it a little more affordable.

you know what? that does sound do-able.. august.. that's far enough away.. and even if.. 2 ppl that's only 100 for the trip.. plus food etc etc of course
i'm down.. i'll go to this.. i need a break from the stress anyway.. every time i go home to dallas it's just as stressful as being here..

OMG..you mean something Mustangs is actually happening here in my town! I am sooo shocked!!! This place is soooo hurting for some Mustang action! Sure beats the drive to Myrtle Beach I have comming up for Mustang Week!-Shane

There's a reason for you not to go. Who know's maybe you could have gotten hurt. Not saying where your at is any safer....

Now LaQuinta Inn not sure I think if we go well be staying in the motel 6 like 65.00 bucks a night and it is good enough for me and the hubby the only dif. not a nice but certainly cheaper you know I take that back were supposed to be going for our kids birthday around that time and were getting condo so it all might work out to our advantage....

we usually cruise together to Mustang Island, where we park our stangs on the beach, take some pictures... play a little in the ocean... then head back.

There is also a place called FunTrackers that has a bunch of arcade games as well as a cool go-kart track. So we will stop by there as well.

And all in between... we party of course.
