I'm moving to San Antonio in January, so I'm looking for someone to sublease my room through the end of the lease.

About the house:
In College Station
3 bedrooms
2 baths
2 living areas
2 car garage
Huge backyard
High speed internet, cable, DVR
Pet deposit is paid for one pet (It's on a per pet basis, roommate has a cat, mine's going with me)

About the room:
It is the master bedroom and has a private bathroom and a garage spot. Less than a five minute walk to the bus stop. Current roommates are both guys, one is a senior Chemistry major and the other works at Doggett Automotive (read: discount on car parts )

Rent right now is $520 (you pay cable, they pay utilities)

We will be moved out as of ~ January 1st, and would like for someone to be able to move in as soon as possible after that.
